ORDER STATUS?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking number. From this email you, you will be able to track the status of your package.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Please allow anywhere up to 7 to 30 business days for both processing and shipping due to high order volume. Juices are made to order due to the nature of fresh produce. Depending on promotions/discounts and shipment delays, orders can delay pasted the suggest shipping time. I am an independent black women owned business so it is just one person working to the best of my ability to get orders out in a divine and timely manner.

JUICE SHIPPING PRICES?

We understand our juice shipping prices may still be higher than some expect. We are committed to delivering quality orders by choosing only organic seeded seasonal fruits from local farmers to our customers and as we are shipping perishable juices. We must use special shipping materials and express the order in transit to ensure customers receive their order in the FASTEST & FRESHEST state possible. Please understand that process & UPS costs contributes to our shipping cost they measure weight and distance to determine their pricing.

HOW DOES JUICE SHIPPING WORK?

Our drink shipments are meant to be in transit no longer than 48 hours before making it to your door. Juices must be sent express or sooner to preserve quality and freshness.

We pack with love and intention, using high quality tested shipping material to ensure preserving the nutrition and flavor of the juices.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP?

Currently, Bevvy’s Beverages ONLY ships within the 48 U.S states and Canada.

Beverage orders are often shipped Wednesdays-Thursdays via UPS Next Day/2nd day Air to ensure freshness) depending upon your location, should arrive no later than 8pm on your expected delivery date unless ordered during promotions/discounts may cause a slight delay due to increase volume in sales.

If USPS or UPS Ground is chosen for drink shipping and the order gets lost or is damaged, spoiled upon arrive, we are NOT responsible for it.

You will always have an opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order. International Shipping prices are priced based on shipping fee + international import fees.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you have received a tracking number with a delivery date, but your package does not arrive within 1-2 days of the delivery date, please contact us at orders@bevvysbotanica.com

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

Bevvy’s Botanica is no longer responsible for lost/damaged items through USPS and UPS.

Please contact your postal carrier to remedy any issues. Once items leave our studio after tracking numbers are sent, we are no longer responsible. You can contact them to file a claim.

REFUND POLICY?

Unfortunately there are no refunds on any orders as all items are final sale. The only time a refund may be honored is if an item is out of stock or there was an error made on my end for any reason. Outside of this, all sales are final so please shop with intention. I thank you for you continued support.

TAXES?

The state of Texas requires that items being sold online must be charged a sales tax. We are required to collect tax from customers and remit tax to Texas tax authority.
