It gave me the mindset shift and support I didn’t even realize I needed.

Working with Bev in this accountability group was truly an amazing experience. We didn’t just talk about weight loss goals we talked about life goals, wellness, and the importance of prioritizing yourself. It was a reminder that you can’t pour into someone else’s cup without filling your own first.

Every session felt like chatting with a friend, fitness coach, wellness doctor, and therapist all rolled into one. Bev has a gift for creating a space that feels natural, supportive, and real. She holds you accountable in a way that feels meaningful and always leads with compassion and encouragement. She doesn’t play though, she’s tough and supportive.

One of the biggest shifts I had was changing the way I think about health and wellness. It became less about perfection and more about consistency, grace, and self-respect. And even if I fell off track, Bev was right there with the tools and support to help me get back up and keep going.

I’m so grateful for the experience. It gave me the mindset shift and support I didn’t even realize I needed.

Bevvy did her big one!!! I was able to get everything I needed from Bevvy’s Botanica, I purchased over 21 different herbs. Shipping was normal the website explained the entire process to me. There was no guessing or any tracking down I had to do myself. I even received two follow up emails about my order which the big box stores don’t even do! The website was simple and effective. I received my order and it was packaged with care. All the herbs are top tier and I was shocked to see how much of the herbs I received. The sheer volume was amazing to see.
