Working with Bev in this accountability group was truly an amazing experience. We didn’t just talk about weight loss goals we talked about life goals, wellness, and the importance of prioritizing yourself. It was a reminder that you can’t pour into someone else’s cup without filling your own first.
Every session felt like chatting with a friend, fitness coach, wellness doctor, and therapist all rolled into one. Bev has a gift for creating a space that feels natural, supportive, and real. She holds you accountable in a way that feels meaningful and always leads with compassion and encouragement. She doesn’t play though, she’s tough and supportive.
One of the biggest shifts I had was changing the way I think about health and wellness. It became less about perfection and more about consistency, grace, and self-respect. And even if I fell off track, Bev was right there with the tools and support to help me get back up and keep going.
I’m so grateful for the experience. It gave me the mindset shift and support I didn’t even realize I needed.

I got the pink sugar shea butter. Let me start off by saying the scent is AMAZING! I can’t stop smelling it! I don’t know if this product is for the Caucasian persuasion. But hey, skin is skin. It keeps my skin moisturized all day. My tattoos look so vibrant and fresh. Definitely will be ordering more! Thanks Bevvy!
