In Ghana, we call our wash cloths Sapo (Sah-po), it’s also known as African Net Sponge or Washcloth. Sapo is perfect for cleansing your body, exfoliating to remove dead skin and great for boosting circulation the body. This net sponge is long enough to scrub the troubled areas like the back. Unlike loofahs, the African sponge is quick to dry and can last for years.
How often do I need to change it?
It varies, I change mines ONCE every 2 years

The sponge makes me feel so clean when taking showers. It helps the soap sud a lot more and exfoliates my skin making it feel soft.
I haven’t used it for long but, I love it so far, it’s pretty huge so you can cute it and get a bang for your bucks.
