I love the smoothness and smell but not sure if the chunks are suppose to be in it. Makes it harder to rub into skin because it doesn’t melt quickly.

As a small-batch brand using 100% raw shea butter with minimal ingredients (just shea and fragrance for scented options), you may occasionally notice small natural bits in the butter. This is because I don’t over-process the product or dilute it with extra oils or fillers I keep it as close to its natural state as possible while still whipping it for softness.
Those small pieces should melt easily when warmed between your hands or fingers, and they’re a sign of the purity and integrity of the butter. That said, I always take feedback seriously and am constantly refining my process to improve the experience while staying true to the quality of the ingredients.
