Refund policy

Bevvy's Botanica is no longer responsible if the order gets lost or is damaged, spoiled upon arrive, we are NOT responsible for it.

Unfortunately there are no refunds on any orders as all items are final sale. The only time a refund may be honored is if an item is out of stock or there was an error made on my end for any reason. Outside of this, all sales are final so please shop with intention. I thank you for you continued support.

All sale items are final and non-refundable. Please note, any custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@bevvysbotanica.com.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
