In Ghana, we call our wash cloths Sapo (Sah-po), it’s also known as African Net Sponge or Washcloth. Sapo is perfect for cleansing your body, exfoliating to remove dead skin and great for boosting circulation the body. This net sponge is long enough to scrub the troubled areas like the back. Unlike loofahs, the African sponge is quick to dry and can last for years.
How often do I need to change it?
It varies, I change mines ONCE every 2 years

I absolutely love the African Sapo Cloths! Definitely noticed a difference in my skin after using these cloths. I love the beautiful colors of the cloths. I’ve purchase 7 and will be purchasing more!
